Thank you for purchasing a ticket to one of our online performance streams! We have tried our best to make this process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about any step of the process below, give us a call at 817-341-8687. We will be answering the phones starting 1 hour before the show starts until 30 minutes after it starts. If you call outside of that time, please leave a message, and you should get a call back the same day.
- The video can be accessed on a computer, smartphone, or tablet via the device's internet browser. Particularly tech-savvy people may be able to play it on certain TV's, however please note that we cannot offer tech support for that.
- The video should play smoothly on most modern devices. We cannot be held responsible if your device or internet connection at home are not capable of playing the video properly. A high-speed internet connection is recommended for the best experience.
1. First, you will need to buy a ticket! If you don't already have yours, please visit https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/47771 and complete your purchase.
- NOTE: for flex package/season ticket holders - if you would like to view the online stream using your flex tickets, please call us for assistance.
2. After you complete your purchase, you should get an email from "ShowTix4U". Simply click the "Click to watch stream" button, and you will be taken straight to the video with your unique access code.
- Only 1 device per access code may view the video at a time. If you share your code/email with others, the video will stop playing if they try to log in while you are watching.
Our stream is "video on demand". You will have access to the video for 48 hours after the first time you log in to watch it. You can watch as many times as you want during that time.
